Noah Brozinsky is an accomplished litigator, creative researcher, and stalwart defender of his clients’ rights.

Noah has served as primary counsel in over 1,500 criminal cases, including “punishable-by-life” felonies, conspiracies, and white-collar frauds. He has conducted thousands of depositions, including examination of medical, technological, and financial experts. His record includes acquittals and dismissals in multiple jury trials, pre-trial hearings, and bench trials. From 2018-2021 he supervised dozens of new lawyers at the Miami Public Defender’s Office, teaching jury selection, trial advocacy, and advanced Fourth Amendment topics. He has delivered countless training presentations, including several on behalf of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Immediately prior to joining Kaiser, Noah was an Assistant Counsel for the National Treasury Employees Union where he wrote and negotiated nation-wide collective bargaining agreements on behalf of federal employees. 

Noah is a cum laude graduate of Northwestern University School of Law where he was a Note and Comment Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Policy. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
